Centro Medico Escalon in San Salvador has the best staff and specialist doctors in the country, prices are affordable specially if you have insurance, most of the staff is bilingual English/Spanish.

The staff at Clínica Médica San Gabriel in San Salvador is very friendly. I think the overall English level is low, but they make up for it with great prices and excellent service.
