The staff at Clínica Dr. Marcio Kajikawa were very kind and professional. Dr. Kajikawa was attentive and explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean, organized, and the appointment was punctual. Although the consultation was in Portuguese, communication was effective and reassuring throughout the process. I felt safe and well taken care of.

The staff at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. The facilities are modern and spotless, and the entire process — from scheduling to receiving care — was smooth and well-organized. Several staff members spoke fluent English, which made communication very easy. I felt safe, well-informed, and truly cared for throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking high-quality medical care in São Paulo.
