Communication could be better as nd they don't have as many deals on contact lenses as they used to - but it's still one of the only places in Thailand I can find that does custom contact lenses for people with high myopia and astigmatism. Communication is done through Line app or email and they are very responsive and speak decent English. Line has a built in translate function.
