What is Nomad Insurance?
Nomad Insurance offers global health and travel coverage that travels with you to 170+ countries. From medical emergencies to routine care, Nomad Insurance is flexible, affordable, and thorough, designed for digital nomads, frequent travelers, and remote workers.
Nomad Insurance has two plans with different levels of coverage, Essential and Complete. The first plan offers travel medical coverage, while the other provides full health insurance with extended travel coverage, both designed for those working or exploring across multiple countries.
Who is Nomad Insurance for?
Nomad Insurance is for people who live, work, or travel internationally, often without a fixed home base. It’s designed to meet the needs of:
Digital nomads working remotely while traveling the world
Long-term travelers exploring multiple countries over months or years
Expats and semi-expats who move frequently, live between countries, or have settled abroad but struggle to navigate the local healthcare system
Remote workers spending extended time abroad
Occasional travelers looking for reliable coverage for their trips
We offer two plans to choose from:
Nomad Insurance Essential is a travel medical insurance plan that covers unexpected medical and travel emergencies while you’re abroad. It’s designed to give you peace of mind if you get sick or injured while traveling— best suited for those seeking an affordable option for coverage or travelling for shorter periods at a time
Nomad Insurance Complete is a full global health insurance plan with added travel protections. It covers both everyday healthcare needs and unexpected medical issues— best suited for those who don’t have access to a more comprehensive healthcare plan elsewhere
Nomad Insurance it’s built for anyone embracing a global, flexible lifestyle—whether you're on the road for a few months or building a life across countries.
Is Nomad Insurance a proper health insurance?
It depends on the plan. Nomad Insurance Essential is a travel medical insurance. It is not a replacement for health insurance because it is only designed to cover emergency accidents and illnesses that may happen while you travel, rather than preventative care, elective treatment or continuing treatment of chronic conditions.
The Complete plan offers a full health insurance package that includes coverage for emergencies, but also preventative and routine medical care. It also provides travel coverage with benefits such as lost or delayed checked baggage, trip interruption or cancellation and burglarized accommodation.
How much does it cost?
The Essential plan costs US$67.72 every 4 weeks for a member aged 10-39 years.
The Complete plan costs US$161.50 every month for ages 18-39.
Prices increase with age. You can generate a quote based on your specific needs using our price calculator.
Can I buy Nomad insurance and where am I covered?
Whether you can buy this insurance and your area of coverage is different between Essential and Complete plans. Generally, SafetyWing complies with US, UK, EU and UN sanctions.
Essential
Most people, from anywhere in the world, can get this insurance. The exceptions are:
If you are younger than 14 days or older than 69 years.
If your home country is sanctioned (North Korea, Syria, Cuba and Iran).
If you, as an individual, are sanctioned under any of the sanctioned regimes.
Your destinations cannot be: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, and your home country (where you principally reside and receive mail).
Complete
To sign up for the Complete plan, you must be between the ages of 18 and 64. You can be covered past this age as long as you signed up before you turned 64 and continue renewing your plan without any gaps. You are covered in your country of residence and anywhere you travel, with the exception of any country or area that is sanctioned.
We cannot cover residents (those living there for 6+ months out of the year) of Belarus, Canada, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Republic of Ireland, North Korea, North Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Palau, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, United Arab Emirates, and the USA and its territories.
Can I get insurance for multiple people at once, including children?
Essential
When you sign up for Essential you can also buy insurance for a friend, family or group members travelling with you. For this plan only, one child (older than 14 days but younger than 10 years old) per adult, or 2 children per group/family can be included in the insurance without added cost. Just remember that a group member can be added to the plan only at a purchase point. All other group members pay the regular price according to their age bracket.
Complete
When you sign up for Complete you can include under your plan a spouse and/or children under 18 or 18-24 in full-time education. All family members added to the plan pay the regular price according to their age bracket.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Choosing the right plan depends on your long-term health needs and lifestyle. For full-time digital nomads, especially those without a safety net back home, the Complete plan offers full health coverage where you live in addition to travel coverage.
It’s important to understand that for the Essential plan, new conditions become pre-existing when the plan expires (max 364 days), and it therefore doesn’t provide continuous coverage for conditions. It is for truly unexpected health issues and accidents, not conditions that existed before your plan started. It is great as temporary cover but should not be used as ongoing health insurance.
Although the Complete plan also does not cover pre-existing conditions, it is renewable for life, and will cover you if you do develop long-term health issues like diabetes, cancer or asthma while you’re on the plan for however many years. It also has important coverage for preventative or routine care such as annual check-ups, screenings, vaccines, and maternity care.
If you are healthy now, it's wise to get the Complete plan to ensure ongoing, complete coverage as your needs evolve.
How do I cancel my Nomad Insurance plan?
Essential
You can cancel your Essential plan subscription any time for any reason by stopping your subscription payments from your dashboard. Then your coverage will be cancelled at the end of your current period. If you wish to cancel on a particular date or want to cancel a plan with fixed travel dates, contact us via live chat or by emailing support@safetywing.com. Please note your premiums will be refunded in full if we receive the cancellation request before the start date of your active insurance period. If we receive the cancellation request after the start date of your active insurance period, the unused portion of your premiums will be refunded only if you haven’t filed a claim.
Complete
Complete plans are a 12-month commitment. You can request cancellation within the first 15 days of your coverage starting or when it renews.
Mid-year cancellations are not permitted unless a qualifying life event occurs. The following are considered qualifying life events:
Change of employment
Relocation outside of the 175+ countries of coverage
Change in relationship status
How long can I keep my policy active?
Essential Your Nomad Insurance Essential policy can auto-extend every 28 days, up to a maximum of 364 days, or you can pay upfront for a set amount of days, with a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 364 days.
After reaching the 364-day limit, a new plan will automatically begin to maintain your coverage. Please note that any conditions that arise during your previous plan will be considered pre-existing under the new one and will not be covered. If you are looking for coverage for long-term conditions the Complete plan is the recommended option.
You can submit a claim anytime when your plan is active and once it ends you have up to 60 days to file claims for eligible expenses incurred when it was active. Complete Nomad Insurance Complete plans are automatically renewed annually, providing uninterrupted, long-term coverage for life as long as you continue to pay on time.
What are the benefits of auto-extending my Nomad Insurance Essential policy every 28 days?
For Nomad Insurance Essential you can choose to pay upfront for fixed dates or choose a subscription model where your plan automatically extends every 28 days. If you are traveling for more than 4 weeks or making multiple trips throughout the year, choosing to auto-extend your Nomad Insurance Essential plan every 28 days is a better deal, for the same price you:
Get access to our subscription-only add-ons for adventure sports and electronics theft coverage.
After 364 days of continuous coverage, your next plan can cover illness or injury that began during that period, but that you haven't yet seen a doctor for (as long as it's not a general exclusion, or considered to be untreatable or will get worse with time). This is a special allowance for our subscription plan holders. Normally, any symptoms you experience would be considered a pre-existing condition, and would not be covered in future plans.
Get exclusive access to our referral program and earn $20 for every person you refer to Nomad Insurance.
Can easily stop your auto-extensions anytime through your dashboard, instead of having to manually contact Customer Care.
Can US citizens buy Nomad Insurance?
Essential US citizens can buy the Essential plan. The only consideration is that the US add-on is not available for US citizens or residents.
Complete US citizens can buy the Complete plan as long as they live outside the US for at least 6 months out of the year (i.e., they are not currently US residents).
Can I buy Nomad Insurance if I’m already abroad or traveling?
One of the key advantages of Nomad Insurance is that you can purchase it anytime, whether or not you’re already abroad. This flexibility applies to both the Essential and Complete plans, just keep in mind that for the Essential plan your coverage only starts when you leave your home country.
Does Nomad Insurance meet visa requirements?
Many members have successfully used Nomad Insurance for visa applications, for example Schengen. However, we cannot guarantee that Nomad Insurance Essential or Complete will be accepted by all authorities, as visa requirements differ between countries and situations. If you have specific requirements that your insurance plan needs to meet, please send us the list via support@safetywing.com and we’ll check whether our plan aligns with them.
How do I get proof of insurance for visa applications?
Some countries require proof of health coverage to enter the country or to apply for a visa. If you are looking for proof of insurance, you can download the visa letter/certificate of coverage which can serve as proof of coverage at any moment from your dashboard or you can request it from our Customer Care team via Live Chat or email at support@safetywing.com. Please make sure you’re logged into your account or using the email associated with your account.
The letter will serve as proof of insurance.
Do I need to know my destinations in advance?
You don’t need to know your destinations or have a travel itinerary in advance to purchase Nomad Insurance Essential or Complete. Both plans provide coverage in most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions. Your coverage travels with you, so there’s no need to buy a new plan or notify us when you move to a new destination.
How do I switch from Essential to Complete?
If you don’t have an active Essential plan: You can purchase Nomad Insurance Complete directly by clicking ‘Buy now’ on the Complete plan card, either on the landing page or from your dashboard.
If you have an active Essential plan: You don’t need to wait for your current plan to end before switching to Nomad Insurance Complete. You can click ‘Buy now’ on the Complete plan card—either on the landing page or from your dashboard—to start the process of switching to the Complete plan.
Once you begin the process, you’ll complete a short application for Complete. While your application is being reviewed, your Essential coverage will continue as long as your subscription remains active.
If your Complete application is approved: Your Complete plan will start on one of the following two dates: either the 1st or the 15th day of the month following approval and we’ll automatically cancel and refund any unused days from your Essential plan.
If your application is denied: Your Essential plan will stay active, so you’ll remain covered.
Do you offer any special rates on Nomad Insurance?
Essential With the Nomad Insurance Essential plan, children aged 14 days to 9 years can be added at no extra cost for up to one child per adult, with a maximum of two children per group.
Complete You can get a 10% rate reduction on your Nomad Insurance Complete plan if you choose to pay annually instead of monthly.
Where can I find the full policy?
What is home country and country of residence?
Essential When signing up for Nomad Insurance Essential you’ll be asked to provide your home country. Your home country is where you principally reside and receive regular mail. In case of not having a permanent address your home country is also where you would return once done traveling, or where you would want to be returned in case of trip interruption or repatriation.
Complete When applying for Nomad Insurance Complete you’ll be asked to provide your country of residence. Your country of residence is the country in which you will reside for most of the policy year (more than 6 months). If you don't spend 6+ months in any one country per year, your country of residence would be where you spend the most time.
Can I buy insurance just for a couple of days?
Essential The minimum number of days for which you can buy coverage is 5 days, and the maximum is 364 days. To check the price for specific dates, use the pricing calculator, select Essential, and choose ‘Pay in full for specific dates’.
Complete The Complete plan requires a 12-month commitment. At the end of the year, you can choose to renew or cancel. If you cancel partway through the year, you may receive a refund of up to 65% for unused coverage—unless you have a qualifying life event (such as getting married and joining your spouse’s health insurance), in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
Is there an age limit to buy Nomad Insurance?
Essential You can purchase the Essential plan up to age 69. If you turn 70 during your coverage period, your plan will remain valid until the end of that term with no option to buy a new one.
Complete The Complete plan is available for those under 64. However, if you purchase it before turning 64, you can continue renewing it for life with no age limit.
Does Nomad Insurance have a deductible?
Nomad Insurance does not have a deductible on either plan! This means that there is no amount that you would owe before you would be reimbursed for approved claims.
What is covered?
Essential
Nomad Insurance Essential provides coverage for unexpected illness or injury for those traveling outside their home country. This includes eligible expenses for urgent care, hospital, doctor or prescription drugs. As long as the condition and treatment are covered under the terms of the policy, you will be covered for eligible medical expenses.
In addition, Nomad Insurance Essential provides travel-related benefits such as evacuation from local unrest, unplanned overnight stay and lost checked luggage.
Read more about Nomad Insurance Essential coverage here.
Complete
Nomad Insurance Complete provides coverage for both unexpected illness, injuries and urgent care, plus routine check-ups, preventive care, vaccinations, mental health treatment, chronic condition management, and broader outpatient and inpatient services. In addition, Nomad Insurance Complete provides most of the emergency travel-related benefits offered on Essential plus additional ones like coverage for burglary, canceled accommodation, delayed luggage, and more. Read more about Complete coverage here.
Do you cover COVID-19?
Regarding COVID-19, you're covered for medically necessary treatment and tests as well as quarantine mandated by the relevant health authority. The antibody test is not covered, as it is not medically necessary.
Coverage works the same as any other illness as long as it was not contracted before your coverage start date, and does not fall under any other policy exclusion or limitation.
Am I covered in my home country?
Essential
Nomad Insurance Essential covers emergency medical treatment for unexpected issues during your visits home, as long as the visit was not for the purpose of obtaining treatment for an illness or injury that began while abroad. For every 90 days, you are covered for up to 30 days in your home country (15 days if your home country is the US), for unforeseen eligible medical conditions.
If you stay in your home country longer than 30 days (15 for USA), your coverage is paused until you leave. The coverage resumes once you are out of the country again. You can’t accumulate extra days; only 30 days (or 15 days if your home country is the US) are available per 90-day period.
Complete
With Nomad Insurance Complete, you are fully covered in your country of residency, just as you would be in any other country—no time limits apply.
Am I covered for moped/scooter accidents?
In case of an accident, while riding a motorbike, moped, or scooter, you are covered for eligible medical expenses as long as you are properly licensed for the area where you are driving and you are wearing proper safety gear such as a helmet. If you are driving a scooter/motorbike larger than 50cc, you need the Adventure Sports add-on if you are on a Nomad Insurance Essential plan, if you are on the Nomad Insurance Complete plan you don't need the add-on to be covered. Driving while intoxicated and racing are excluded. Personal liability is excluded for operating any vehicle.
You need to check with local authorities if your driver's license is accepted in that area/state/country.
Which sports or activities do you cover?
Essential
For covered sports, you are covered for attending classes, solo training, attending private lessons and informal training with a group. Important conditions:
If you are a professional athlete or an instructor, you are not covered while practicing, publicly performing or teaching your sport or activity.
The sport or activity cannot involve a professionally organized practice or intention to compete.
There can be no wage, reward or profit connected to you doing the sport or activity.
You are not covered for exploratory expeditions, for example in, Antarctica, the Arctic Circle or Greenland.
You are only covered when using certified, official paths. You are not covered when going off-path, off-trail and off-course, or when going on unauthorized paths.
You must ensure the sport or activity is adequately supervised and that appropriate safety equipment (such as helmet, life jackets, etc.) are worn and used, according to what each sport or activity requires.
You must wear a helmet during the use of a moped or a motorcycle.
You must have an appropriate, valid license or certification where required (for e.g., aviation, scuba diving [PADI/NAUI/SSI/BSAC], motorized vehicle).

Complete
Nomad Complete plan provides coverage for sports without the need of an add-on. Some exceptions apply in cases of professional sports, or high-risk activities.
For both of our plans we do not cover organized athletics or professional sports or activities. What we mean by this is that the sport or activity cannot involve regular or scheduled practice and/or games or be performed in a professional capacity or for any wage, reward, or profit. For instance, if you are a professional athlete or instructor, you are not covered while practicing your sport.
We do cover you for classes you yourself sign up for at the gym, or lessons with a personal trainer, and also if you regularly get together with friends to perform a sports activity, as long as it is not organised athletics.
What coverage add-ons are available? Can I add them while on an active policy?
Essential
There are 3 add-ons available for Nomad Insurance: adventure sports for higher-risk activities, electronics theft, and travel to the US.
Adventure sports and electronics theft are priced at US$10 and US$20 respectively for every 4 weeks and are only available if you buy a subscription policy that auto-extends every 4 weeks. If you are travelling to the US, you can buy the US coverage add-on for either a subscription or fixed-date policy. The price will vary depending on your age (check the cost here).
We are not able to add or remove add-ons for policies that are already active. If you would like to add or remove an add-on, you must stop your current policy and buy a new one with the coverage you want. Please note that any conditions you experienced during your first plan will become pre-existing to the next one and will not be covered. Complete
Nomad Complete plan already provides coverage for sports, with some exceptions in cases of professional sports, or high-risk activities. Additionally, Nomad Insurance Complete also has the option to add the Hong Kong, Singapore, and US add-on, which we recommend if you need coverage in any of these countries for longer than 30 days, up to 6 months. If you are a resident of Hong Kong or Singapore, this add-on is required.

To which medical providers can I go?
One of our advantages is that for both of our plans, Essential and Complete, you can go to any licensed hospital/clinic/doctor of your choice, private or public.
What happens if my claim is denied?
Card limits are only restored once previous expenses have been approved. If a claim is denied, that amount will be permanently deducted from your card. This is why it is so important for you to be sure that a certain expense will be covered before using your card to pay for it.
If you’re not sure whether something is covered, you can check by reading your plan document or requesting pre-approval in your dashboard.
What if my claim is denied?
If a claim is denied you will receive a written explanation of why it was denied. If you do not agree with our decision, you can always appeal the decision by contacting us via our online chat on safetywing.com or via support@safetywing.com for further appeal process instructions.
Which procedures need pre-approval on the Complete plan and why?
Nomad Insurance Essential doesn’t require any pre-approval process since it’s only meant to be used for unexpected issues. For the Nomad Insurance Complete plan Pre approval is required only if procedure is one of the below listed and its cost is above $500, if it is not listed below or its value, is below $500, pre approval is not required:
- All Hospital Admissions - All hospital or outpatient surgeries - Any major procedures, such as MRI’s, CT Scans, PET Scans, gastroscopies, colonoscopies, biopsies, etc. - Physical and rehabilitative therapy, home health care or Private Nurse or Therapist - Nasal or reconstructive procedures - Emergency Transportation by Air Ambulance - Durable Medical Equipment or any special medical device - Repatriation or cremation of mortal remains - Outpatient mental health - Complementary therapies We need to know about procedures costing more than US$500 in advance to assess medical necessity, manage healthcare costs, and confirm that the procedure is covered under your plan so that you are not stuck with a large bill if it isn’t. You will also have the option to request that we pay the healthcare provider directly.
Visit your dashboard to request pre-approval if you suspect an upcoming treatment will cost more than $500. If you do not get pre-approval first and pay and claim as normal for something that costs more than this, you may get back 30% less on your reimbursement.
Important note for emergencies
If you pay and claim for an emergency that ended up costing more than US$500, please let us know by clicking "I have an emergency" in your dashboard within 72 hours of the emergency, otherwise you may get back 30% less than what you paid even if everything was fully covered.
What is not covered by Nomad Insurance?
Essential
The Essential plan does not cover pre-existing conditions, high-risk or professional sport activity, regular check-ups, cancer, or maternity, in addition to flights, accommodations or excursions that were canceled before you left or certain lost/stolen belongings. .
Complete
The Complete plan also does not cover pre-existing conditions, as well as aesthetic or cosmetic treatments, orthodontic treatment, obesity or weight control treatments, over-the-counter medications, birth control, professional sports or gym or fitness memberships. .
What are pre-existing conditions and why aren't they covered?
We have different definitions for pre-existing conditions based on the coverage level, so we recommend you carefully read and understand the definition for the plan you intend to sign up for.
Essential
4.0 Plan
A pre-existing medical condition is any injury, illness, disease, or medical condition for which, in the 180 days before the start date of the insurance (“lookback period”), you: 1. Received or was recommended medical advice, diagnosis, care, or treatment; 2. Had medication prescribed, changed, or its dosage altered; or 3. Had signs or symptoms that would prompt a reasonable person to seek medical attention. Note: We do not ask medical questions before you buy. Conditions meeting the definition above are not covered. If you continue to be covered by Nomad Insurance Essential under a new plan after having reached 364 consecutive days of coverage under a single active insurance period: → For new illnesses or injuries, the 180-day lookback period no longer applies to subsequent plans, except for illness or injury that is to become worse over time. 3.0 Plan
A pre-existing condition is any illness or injury to which one of the following applies: 1. You received a prior diagnosis or treatment for the illness or injury within 2 years before of the start date 2. You experienced symptoms within 2 years before the start date* 3. There is reasonable medical certainty that the illness or injury existed within 2 years before the start date. This means that even without your knowledge it can be considered a pre-existing illness or injury* *if you continue to be covered under a new policy after having reached 364 consecutive days of coverage, you won't be subject to conditions 2 and 3, except for illness or injury that is untreatable and expected to become worse over time.
Complete
A pre-existing condition is any illness or injury for which you received treatment or diagnosis in your life, and any illness or injury you have experienced symptoms in the last two (2) years.
Why we don't cover them
In general, covering pre-existing conditions would vastly increase the price of the insurance, as we would have to cover everyone’s existing health issues. By excluding pre-existing conditions, we can keep prices lower and focus on covering new, unexpected health issues that arise after the plan starts.
Travel warning notices
If a travel warning is issued for the area you are located while abroad, you are covered for the cost of evacuation by the most economical means possible to either your home country, a safe country that is nearby, or a location that is otherwise reasonable (e.g., you have family members located there).
Important conditions:
The start date of your active insurance period was before the travel warning was issued.
There was no travel warning in place when you arrived in the area.
You evacuate the area within 10 days of the travel warning being issued. (We acknowledge that this may be difficult given the airspace situation. We recommend you book the first available flight out to guarantee your safety.)
You will need to provide the following documentation:
Proof of you being located in the area of the travel warning (e.g., visa page, accommodation, etc.)
Tickets and receipts for the evacuating transportation

We have made two material changes:
1. The definition of a pre-existing condition definition is being reverted to “Any illness or injury for which you received treatment or diagnosis in your life, and any illness or injury you have experienced symptoms in the last two (2) years.”

Change of employment

Change in relationship status
Plan Changes: Mid-year plan changes are not allowed, even if no claims have been submitted. As a general rule, any change with an improvement of benefits, will be subject to a waiting period. The Company reserves the right to accept or deny the change of plan for any reason.”

What is SafetyWing?
SafetyWing’s vision is to create a global social safety net so that opportunity and freedom aren’t determined by where you live or work. We want a future where everyone can access a safety net regardless of where they were born.
It’s important to us that the information we provide about our coverage and benefits is clear and transparent. You can find these details in our policy terms, Certificates of Coverage, and this FAQ. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our 24/7 live chat in the bottom right hand corner of this page.
How does SafetyWing provide global coverage?
SafetyWing is licensed as an international insurer but also works with other regulated insurance carriers and licensed partners to make coverage available internationally. Our structure allows us to provide coverage to globally mobile individuals and distributed companies while operating within applicable regulatory frameworks.
Simply speaking, it means that SafetyWing is a recognized international insurer and can provide coverage for you in 180+ countries.
What does that structure look like?
The insurance coverage is provided by regulated and licensed underwriting entities. The underwriting entity for each product is clearly disclosed in the policy terms and in the Certificate of Coverage issued to our members.
For example:
SafetyWing Insurance I.I. is a Puerto Rico-domiciled international insurer (Classes 3 & 5)
Certain health benefits are underwritten by VUMI®, a Puerto Rico-domiciled international insurer, administered by VIP Administration Services LLC, and offered in partnership with SafetyWing
You can see more details on Puerto Rico’s Department of State website.
All that said, SafetyWing handles all aspects of product design and customer service and support ourselves.
Why is the insurer based in Puerto Rico?
Puerto Rico provides a regulatory framework for international insurers so that, with our partner carriers, SafetyWing Insurance I.I. is able to offer insurance designed for people who live, work, and travel across borders.
What does underwriting mean?
A licensed insurance company is financially responsible for the policy it underwrites and the claims covered under it. The underwriting insurer is the entity that ultimately bears the insurance risk.
What does your claim process look like?
Claims are reviewed based on the policy terms. What’s covered depends on the plan you choose and whether you meet the policy requirements, which are laid out in your policy document.
When you file a claim, we ask for supporting documents like receipts or medical records. We try to keep this straightforward, but what we need depends on the situation. We must do this to make sure everyone is being covered fairly, under the same terms.
The most common reasons claims get denied: the condition existed before your coverage started (pre-existing conditions aren't covered on our travel medical plan), or we didn't receive the requested documentation to verify the details of your claim.
How are claim disputes handled?
When a member disagrees with a claim decision, we’ll review the case under your policy terms and conditions. Members can appeal a claim decision up to 2 times. Each appeal is handled differently and reviewed by different teams, to ensure objectivity.
If, after 2 appeals, we are unable to reach a resolution, members can choose to involve an independent third-party provider to help resolve the matter. This does not cost anything for the member. You can learn more about the provider here.
Always check your policy document for the applicable dispute resolution options and procedures.
How does SafetyWing work with ambassadors and partners?
We want to make products that are so good that people will tell their friends about it, and we believe that is better than widespread, non-targeted advertising. So we work with ambassadors, partners and communities to share information about our products designed for people living internationally.
Partners help introduce our services to relevant audiences, but coverage terms, eligibility and claims decisions are always determined based on a member’s specific policy terms, regardless of whether the member was referred by an ambassador or found us on their own.
For more information about our ambassador program, click here.
