I was seem very quickly and looked after very well, we used translate to talk but it was very efficient

The Doctor was very kind. He was able to explain to me every detail of the checking to reassure me. Very attentive and caring.

Staff was really kind and efficient. Although their English wasn't good, communication went through translation app and they made sure to double check on any misunderstandings. Had exams done super fast with results in less than 1h.

The staff was very kind but no one spoke English . Google Translate was used adequately during my care .

Phong Kham Tam Duc General Clinic in Sapa - very efficient but not sure if the hygiene practices were up to normal standards (no gloves when taking blood, no sanitizing ultrasound equipment, no radiation protection during X-ray). But they were quick to figure out what was wrong with me and gave me a detailed list of what/when to take all my prescriptions.
