Pacific General Hospital

Basically, after my hospital visit, I'm a bit concerned that the hospital was just mediocre, fit for purpose, but not exactly top-notch. Ideally, I would’ve preferred a more private, upper-class hospital to ensure I’m getting the absolute best treatment.

Pacific Hospital Hoi An was very professionnal : all my medical exams were done within 30 minutes. English wasn't too good but with Google Translate it helped!

I felt taken care of very well, showed each step of a treatment by staff member. Doctors and nurses were speaking very good English . Everything was fast and easy to follow.

I had a very positive experience at Pacific Hospital in Hoi An. They have a dedicated international patient area with English-speaking doctors, which made everything very smooth and reassuring. I was seen immediately, all the necessary tests were done quickly, and the medical team was extremely professional, kind and attentive. I was also offered a private room free of charge and only had to pay for the IV hydration treatment itself, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The pharmacy is directly on site, so you can get all prescribed medication immediately without going elsewhere. Overall, the care was fast, efficient, well-organized and truly comforting. I highly recommend this hospital to any traveler needing medical care in Hoi An.

The clinic was good, clean, but the waiting area was small and the doctors didn’t really speak English so I had to use google translate, I was also given the shot just in the waiting area in front of everyone by the entrance but I don’t really mind 😂
