The hospital provided good care and helped my daughter recover quickly. But over a day we were seen by different staff who provided somewhat conflicting information and the path forward wasn't very clear. The level of English spoken was medium, but on the last day the doctor came with an English translator.

We went to emergency to get stitches on a knee laceration checked for fear of infection. Within 1.5 hours, we got checked in, an x-ray, ultrasound, bloodwork, wound cleaning, and prescriptions. They worked fast and were kind. Overall, staff’s English was spoken well, which made our experience comfortable. We only had to use Google Translate once.

The rooms were not clean. They held my passport during process, this is first time happening.

Basically, after my hospital visit, I'm a bit concerned that the hospital was just mediocre, fit for purpose, but not exactly top-notch. Ideally, I would’ve preferred a more private, upper-class hospital to ensure I’m getting the absolute best treatment.
