I hurt my toenail in the evening and most hospitals were closed, but finally after asking the staff at a pharmacy nearby, they directed me to the only hosptial in Vung Tau with an emergency room. The ER was almost empty so I was able to see the doctor right away. He cleaned my toenail which was bleeding and applied a bandage on it. The staff didn't speak English so I had to use google translate. Hospital name : VIETSOVPETRO TRUNG TÃM Y TÉ
