The staff at reception, the nurses, and the ENT doctor I saw very welcoming and helpful. Everyone had good command of English. Whether it was about my symptoms, their treatment, or the bill, everything was explained well. I woke up with a bad ear infection, went there, and everything got taken care of 30 min (it was on a Sunday, at 9am). I would definitely recommend this place.

Efficient and professional clinic with excellent English-speaking staff. I was seen quickly, the diagnostics were thorough (ENT endoscopy, spirometry, chest X-ray), and everything was clearly explained. The overall process was smooth, well organized, and reassuring. Would recommend for international patients.
