We had a very positive experience at Vinmec Times City Hospital in Hanoi. We visited for an orthopedic injury while traveling internationally and were pleasantly surprised by how efficient the process was. While some staff had limited English, everyone was professional, kind, and made a genuine effort to communicate clearly. The hospital was well organized with very little waiting. There were only two patients ahead of us to see the orthopedic doctor, and both the X-ray and ultrasound were completed within about 30 minutes of each other. From registration to consultation, imaging, diagnosis, and discharge, we were in and out in approximately 2.5 hours. As travelers, we especially appreciated how smoothly everything was coordinated and how quickly diagnostic testing was performed. The facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a reassuring experience during a stressful situation, and we would not hesitate to return if we needed medical care in Hanoi again.

This was a phenomenal place to be seen . They provided a translator that stayed with me for the whole visit .

I was seen really quickly, on a bed within 15mins. Then I only waited 1hr for my MRI scan. They got the results within 30mins and told me I needed surgery and had it booked in for the next day. Everyone was really nice, the important people like 1 of my surgeons and the head of pain medicine could speak English. The nurses knew a teeny tiny bit, but Google translate was our best friend. Couldn't fault this place.

It was hard to find English English-speaking doctor in Hanoi, but this hospital was really great! Everything is new, and all personnel spoke in good English.

Fantastic experience both in hospital and with hospital staff. Better than most hospitals in North America.
