The staff at the dentist were welcoming, and put a lot of effort in to understand and communicate with me, despite only several of their staff members having some confidence in English. We used Google translate to go back and forth but they didn't seem to get fed up or annoyed at all. The dentist himself and dental nurses/support explained the issues and reasons behind the symptoms I was experiencing, and also the proposed treatment with options (where applicable). Prices were competitive when compared to other local dentists and talking with friends who had had treatments in Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this place for a short wait, efficient and friendly treatment at a good price!
