The doctors and nurses did not speak much English, but the hospital provided us with a translator who accompanied us through consultations, exams, and even at the pharmacy. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and we truly recommend Hồng Ngọc Hospital to any foreigners in need of medical care in Hanoi. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the doctors, nurses, or the translator, but they were all amazing and very professional.
