Was asked for deposit if $1500 straight away before they could treat me even though I provided them with insurance documents. After paying deposits I was then treated quickly. Admitted into hospital for 4 nights . Hospital very clean and English spoken but still some language barriers with some staff . Food poor they would provide menu for you to choose but totally ignore what was ordered . Wasn’t kept in the loop between hospital and insurance and found it very stressful not knowing what was going on with hospital bill . Hospital blamed insurance for delays in GOP and wanted me to settle the bill on discharge. This was finally settled with insurance.

when the doctor felt she struggled communicating the details of diagnosis she invited a translator to join us. overall it was a very welcoming and smooth experience, minimal waiting and quick testing
