The staff was lovely and it was all very quick. Cost of a general consultation was however quite expensive and my issues were not even diagnosed

Easy fast appointment via web form, quick replies via email, pricing porigided upfront and matched what I paid, QR code patient form to complete upon arrival, doctor well educated and trained, staff friendly and attentive, and checkout was easy with credit card option without a fee. Overall great experience.

The hospital was very clean, professional and efficient, all the staff spoke english and was easy to navigate.

I showed up around 9:15pm and was immediately seen. All staff was very helpful and courteous, explaining every step, from triage, through tests, and billing

The staff were very welcoming, and communication in English was easy throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the medical care I received. The doctor was unable to identify the cause of my problem and ultimately advised me to return for another consultation. Additionally, despite the hospital being very quiet at around 6:00 PM—with only one other couple present—the process took an unexpectedly long time, with significant waiting periods throughout the visit.

Really friendly staff and English spoke fluently throughout (doctors, nurses and receptionists). Easy appointment booking process via email and was able to get a next day appointment.
