Really friendly staff and English spoke fluently throughout (doctors, nurses and receptionists). Easy appointment booking process via email and was able to get a next day appointment.

Family Medical Practice in Hanoi is great! They all speak great English and have lots of international doctors. Everything is itemized and billed in USD and written down in English which is really helpful.
