It was clean and in the hospital I came at the counter and they immediately took cae of me; staff was nice and and the end I received meds and a list in english how to use them.

The staff were mostly very nice. They were like vulchers when it came to payments though.

The staff were extremely attentive. Upon my arrival at the emergency room, they immediately placed me in a bed and started administering electrolytes. The blood test was quick, and they even provided the necessary medication for treatment on-site.

Dr's were very professional. Not all spoke english but the nurse I primarily dealt with was good. The hospital was clean.

The staff members and hospital in general were great. Not much of a waiting time and everyone knew conversational English. My doctor was very kind and overall I had a great experience at VinMec International hospital in Da Nang, Vietnam.
