Very professional environment. Very clean and orderly hospital that had me seen in a very short period of time. No issues with communication and I never felt unsure about what was going on. Would definitely recommend VinMec in Da Nang City.

The hospital staff was very professional and caring. I felt well taken care of, and the doctors spent a lot of time with me. I was even given direct contact numbers to the doctor, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the staff did not speak English very well, I still felt supported and safe. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

The doctor knew nearly zero English, the initial doctor check up was really confusing. He then got a person to translate the relevant documents for me when I left the hospital.
