The staff were extremely attentive. Upon my arrival at the emergency room, they immediately placed me in a bed and started administering electrolytes. The blood test was quick, and they even provided the necessary medication for treatment on-site.

Dr's were very professional. Not all spoke english but the nurse I primarily dealt with was good. The hospital was clean.

The staff members and hospital in general were great. Not much of a waiting time and everyone knew conversational English. My doctor was very kind and overall I had a great experience at VinMec International hospital in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Doctors seem to be very professional and the processes were really strong and clear. Also very clean. The nurses needed a translator to speak english which was ok.
