Poor service: they wouldn't release personal belongings, it was very difficult to get the documentation needed for insurance reimbursement, the staff didn't speak English, they refused to show test results until discharge, and no meals were provided. HANDS VIET were brilliant, very good English for the most part as well. 199 Hospital was ok. I would not recommend to travellers because the English was not good and overall the experience was not very pleasant compared to the vinmec. It is however a lot cheaper
