Poor service: they wouldn't release personal belongings, it was very difficult to get the documentation needed for insurance reimbursement, the staff didn't speak English, they refused to show test results until discharge, and no meals were provided. However, I have no complaints about the doctors and medical staff—only gratitude.

They treated me very well, the hospital was good enough, the staff barely spoke English, but we communicated by google translate

HANDS VIET were brilliant, very good English for the most part as well. 199 Hospital was ok. I would not recommend to travellers because the English was not good and overall the experience was not very pleasant compared to the vinmec. It is however a lot cheaper

The staff at the Bênh Viên 199 hospital were kind and treated me really well. Some of them can speak english, and when they don’t, they use the translator to communicate with you. The best thing was that I was seen quickly by the doctor.

My experience in the 199 hospital in Da nang was good, they don’t speak much English but they try their best to translate always with their phones. They took me serious about my condition, which was good because I had a serious problem..
