The staff at Family Hospital in Da Nang spoke English well, and when they didn’t, they helped me using translator. The hospital offered good service, they were friendly and polite.

Although the International Ward of Family Hospital had an excellent quality of care, in the Emergency Ward, I first saw Dr. Trần Minh Thắm, who was extremely rude and caused me more pain. I presented to the hospital with pain in my pelvic region, and the doctor initially refused to help. When I insisted that I was truly in pain, without washing his hands or taking any other precautions, Dr. Trần effectively assaulted my abdominal region under the pretense of diagnosis. I screamed in pain and told him to stop. The emergency department then attempted to charge me around 1.300.000 VND for the "care" I received from Dr. Trần. I was thankfully able to get these charges cancelled, and I was eventually able to receive an adequate quality of care in the International Ward which opened at 7 AM.

Overall a great experience. The hospital was efficient and well organized, and I was able to do all the tests in one morning. Staff were helpful and the process was smooth.

I visited Family Doctor in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. Everything was incredibly quick and well organized. I was able to get an X-ray, ultrasound, doctor consultation, rehab, and even a massage all in a single afternoon. The staff were efficient, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. Honestly one of the best clinic experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
