Overall, we had a good experience. When we arrived, the staff immediately directed us to the ER. The paperwork also included English, so it was easy for me to complete. We waited about 45 minutes for the doctor, but once he arrived, he examined my daughter and explained everything clearly. The nurse then cleaned and treated her burn. The wait was a little long, but the care was good and I would return to this hospital if we needed medical care again.

The staff at Family Hospital in Da Nang spoke English well, and when they didn’t, they helped me using translator. The hospital offered good service, they were friendly and polite.
