Overall, my experience was disappointing. I felt that the initial diagnosis was made before the necessary tests were performed. I had to ask the doctor to order additional tests to better investigate the cause of my symptoms. After the test results were available, the diagnosis was different from the initial assessment. I also experienced a significant language barrier. The doctor did not speak English and I felt that he did not make enough effort to understand my concerns, which made me feel insecure about the consultation. Additionally, I noticed that the nurse did not wear gloves while drawing my blood, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards.
