The Mole Clinic was super clean and professional, the doctor who removed the mole had amazing bedside manor when the procedure turned out to be a bit scarier than expected, and the ability to reschedule appointments as needed was very nice. It did take multiple follow-ups (three calls and two emails) to get the details needed to submit a claim, which is stressful when we know there can sometimes be a timeline required for reimbursement.
