The Koh Tao hospital service was excellent. Waiting time of about 30 minutes. Staff actively checking if things were moving forward. English level was low, but still managed to do everything with no problems.

The doctors and staff at Adventist Hospital in Penang, Malaysia were organized and spoke English extremely well. They made sure I knew how to navigate the process. The wait was moderate.
