The staff at Chalong hospital are kind, but unfortunately they don't speak too much English.

Everything was systemised, most staff spoke English but not too well. Had to wait around 40 minutes to get checked out. the hospital looked old but well equipped, got my X-ray done in minutes! Overall id say it was goos experience, I didn’t feel left out or not taken care of.

It was difficult to get the doctor to give the date the symptoms started.

It was extremely difficult for me to get the "date of onset", because the doctor's secretaries told me to go and talk to a sector, then the sector told me to go to another, until I got to the last one and the woman said that there was no way to do that and if I needed to I should contact them by email, I spent more than 2 hours trying to talk to everyone, so I waited a long time and spoke to the doctor and he solved my problem right away, but it was very difficult.
