It seemed like the staff got really annoyed when I declined to buy all the prescribed medications at their clinic. I already have ibuprofen and loratadine at home and didn't want to buy more; plus, I wanted to ask about the prescribed antibiotics. However, the doctor started speaking very rapidly, insisting that anything I refused was my own responsibility, all while failing to answer my direct questions seeking clarification about the drugs. I was left with a strange impression -- as if they were just trying to sell me as many pills as possible. I’ll be going to other clinics in the future if I can.

The clinic is located in the city center and was easy to find. The staff spoke good English and communication was smooth. We brought our 9-year-old child because of ear pain. The doctor examined the ear, diagnosed an infection, and prescribed antibiotics. The only downside is that there is no parking for cars, and in my opinion the prices are quite high compared to other clinics in Thailand. Overall, the service was professional and the visit was quick

The clinic is a private clinic. For quick and local treatments, it's quite good. If anyone would ask me for a doctor in Kamala, I would recommend this clinic.
