Overall the service was very good. I was able to split my treatment between the main Bangkok Phuket hospital to see the main skin experts and take treatment, and also at one of their satellite clinics nearer to our house in Phuket. This made taking treatment (regular injections) easier to manage with two small children at home.

The staff is friendly and professional. Most of the staff members speak English well. We had a root canal and crown installed for our four-year-old daughter. Everything went well. Unlike Bangkok Hospital Siriroj, they offer nitrous sedation.

Dr. Narong Budhraja at the Bone & Joint Center of Bangkok Hospital Phuket is extremely attentive and professional. Should any orthopedic issues arise, I highly recommend visiting this hospital.

The staff and facility at Bangkok Hospital Phuket were great. They also have an international office that will help you with getting all the papers needed for insurance. Had emergency surgery, that was horrible in itself, but the doctors and nurses were amazing. Hands down best place to go in Phuket for treatment.
