Had surgery at Bangkok Hospital Phuket and all the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Clean, everyone spoke English and excellent doctors.

I had a really great experience at Bangkok Hospital. I came in late at night after being scratched by a cat, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff were very kind and spoke excellent English, which made the whole process much less stressful. I was registered right away, a nurse checked my vitals, and shortly after I was seen by a doctor. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and treated my wounds very carefully. I received the necessary vaccination, got all the medications on-site, and everything was well organized. Even the pharmacy staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend.
