they speak English really good. the hospital is small so you might have a decent wait time.

I was not very satisfied with my visit to this clinic. The staff spoke good English, the communication was clear, and the admission process was easy. I was asked to fill in some documents, and then they took my basic information such as blood pressure, oxygen level, height, and weight. However, the actual treatment felt very minimal. I was given ibuprofen and Bepanthen ointment, but the burn was not treated in any meaningful way at the clinic. They did not apply the ointment or provide much hands-on care before sending me away. Honestly, this felt like something I could have handled by simply visiting a pharmacy and asking for advice. What disappointed me most was the price, especially the cost of the medication, which seemed very overpriced for what I received. Overall, the staff were polite, but the value for money was poor, and I left with a negative impression.

I have been to this clinic several times now, but this was the first time i was so well assisted as the female doctor spoke a better English than the average employee of the clinic. The place is new, so it looks clean. They offer some complimentary sugary snacks, which is nice.

The staff at World Med Clinic was kind, but clueless. They would take half an hour to fill my information in the system(beware this is not hyperbole). Later on they would forget to give my chart to the doctor resulting in another thirty minutes wait. I wanted to understand a form that needed signing and unfortunately the english spoken was so poor we could not communicate properly. On the bright side it is a new clinic so everything seems new and clean.

The staff at world med centre phi phi islands were exceptional. We were not waiting long to be seen by a doctor and symptoms were treated quickly and monitored overnight. Everyone we dealt with had English and were kind and patient with us. They also let my partner stay with me for the night.
