The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly caring, organized, and thorough throughout the entire process. The doctor took the time to carefully understand my symptoms and how they had evolved over time, ensuring that the tests covered a range of possible causes. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and reassuring, and they were quick to share all the lab results as soon as they were available. I felt well cared for, informed, and in good hands throughout my experience. Highly recommend Maenam Clinic!
