Great experience overall. The staff was very professional and attentive. Even though the English level was limited on both sides, we were still able to communicate effectively and they made a real effort to understand my situation. I came in with severe ear pain and they treated me quickly—perhaps because it was around 4 a.m., but I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. They explained the diagnosis and provided the necessary medication and care. The facilities were clean and well organized. I felt taken care of and safe throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this hospital to other travelers

The staff was lovely and with a very positive actitud. Some don't have the Best English but You can understand good enough!
