Great hospital, very efficient, most nurses and all doctors speak great English. Equipment is modern.

Great experience overall. The staff was very professional and attentive. Even though the English level was limited on both sides, we were still able to communicate effectively and they made a real effort to understand my situation. I came in with severe ear pain and they treated me quickly—perhaps because it was around 4 a.m., but I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. They explained the diagnosis and provided the necessary medication and care. The facilities were clean and well organized. I felt taken care of and safe throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this hospital to other travelers

The staff at Bangkok Hospital Samui were so efficient and kind. They listened and gave advice. Their English was great and all the nurses and doctors I spoke to were so helpful despite being in so much pain.
