The staff were friendly and spoke good English. However, my 18-month-old daughter was initially examined without her ears being checked. I had to ask the doctor to examine her again because I was concerned about her condition. During the second examination, an acute ear infection was found. I appreciate the care we received, but I believe a more thorough initial examination of a young child would have been important.

Nurse and doctors were lacking patience and compassion. The nurse who cleaned my wounds was showing no care at all with an attitude, and felt like she didn't want to be doing her job.

Very nice reception staff, very attending and kind. The nurses were knowledgeable and gentle, explained everything and checked in on me. The english level over all was great.
