Very nice, polite, and professional staff, good and quick service, no queues. Although not everyone speaks English, some workers just redirect to the ones who speak or use Google translate, which is not a big issue

The hospital was fine. The doctor and staff spoke English. They were just super loud in the ER. In America I'm so used to ER rooms being quiet. It was definitely happy hour in the ER for the nurses, but not complaining when an ER visit is $93 bucks compared to the U.S. where it would be $1,000 to $2,000. I also understand it's just part of Thai culture to be very social and vocal so it's all good!

It's a large hospital, not everyone speaks English, but the doctors speak well and see patients fairly quickly. I waited less than 15 minutes.
