Modern hospital, I really liked everything. I was able to book an appointment and be seen within a few hours. There is a lot of staff and everyone is clearly professional and focused on their work. The doctor was excellent. She explained everything clearly and showed me the condition in detail. There was also a translator available because my English is not very good, which made the experience much more comfortable. Right after the appointment, the hospital provided all the prescribed medications and each one had clear personal instructions on how to take it. Very professional and well organized service.

10/10. Better then real hospital in bangkok

We took our kid to Pattaya Kids Clinic (part of Bangkok Hospital) because of a fever and ear pain. Called them and got an appointment the same day — super easy. The clinic was quiet and clean. The doctor spoke great English, was really nice with our child, and we were seen almost immediately. Total cost was 1,415 THB — 350 THB for the doctor and the rest for meds. They gave us all the documents we needed for the claim without us even asking. Haven’t heard back from Safety Wing yet, but the clinic experience itself was fast, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend 👌
