Online information was very helpful. The moment you walk into the OPD, you’re guided, thought minimal English at first, they seem to know how to direct you to the appropriate persons. Once with the nurses and doctors, English was not a problem and they were attentive and helpful. Everything took no more than an hour!

Sirphat OPD did an excellent job with quick turnaround to see an ENT doctor. The doctor spoke enough English to get an understanding of the symptoms and prescribe medications.

Sriphat Medical Center (OPD Building) English was spoken by the doctor but a translator was needed for everything else. The services provided were excellent and I was able to see a respiratory specialist. It did take 4.5 hours to complete service but the clinic was up front about the timing when I arrived.
