Very friendly, overall quite good english, short waittimes, not overcrowded, cheaper than many other private hospitals in bangkok and overall good quality.

Their policy is to make you stay a whole night if you just need an IV and antibiotics, and then try to upsell you on room amenities. I had to fight to get the sensible treatment while barely able to think from severe dehydration. And their prices are far higher than public hospitals. The staff were polite as they ran admin's upsell tactics, and the treatment speed was relatively quick, and the hospital was clean, but I would not generally recomend them and won't be returning.

Sukhumvit Hospital and Dr. Rak were phenomenal. Very kind and courteous and made sure I was well taken care of and understood the process the whole way through.
