Extremely helpful and great english speaking staff. Calmed me down, explained the diagnosis in detail and what medications they’d give me. Both nurses and doctor had experience with what documents are necessary for Travel Insurance, and offered to assist in case of any issues.

This hospital is great for English-speaking patients. They are able to make same-day appointments. The medical visits are efficient and we are able to get medication at the hospital.

The doctors and staffs there are very competent and helpful. Very easy and not complicated at all. They have all specialist in place which is very convenient

Good experience at Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. The ophthalmologist Dr. Wiphada was professional and thorough. Staff speaks English well. Modern equipment (OCT scan available). Clean facility and efficient service. Centrally located in Bangkok.
