Overall a very professional approach on a human level where they take you serious and treat you accordingly

Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital is always great - fast, efficient, everyone speaks English, it's easy to see a doctor, even without an appointment (with an online appointment, everything is even smoother).

The clinic is good, all the staff speak understandable English, I've only had some issues to communicate with the doctor. Recommend to first call the visit to book an appointment and bring your Passport or a picture of it for the registration

I went to Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. It was excellent. Great doctors, very quick to be seen and good English was spoken. It was a super clean hospital too. High western standards. Would highly recommend.

Fast, efficient, and friendly.

This hospital provided fantastic care, and most importantly their attendance and clear instructions made my urgent care visit smooth and reassuring. Compared to other big hospitals e.g. Bumrungrad, where things are hectic and it’s sometimes difficult to know what’s happening next, Samitivej felt more calm and well-organized. The staff were attentive without being rushed, and every step was clearly explained. I felt truly cared for rather than processed through a system. Highly recommended!
