Phyathai 2 Hospital in Bangkok is one of the best hospitals preferred by expats and locals. This is equipped with the latest equipment and competent doctors. The charges are reasonable and not as high as those of boutique hospitals.

Phyathai hospital in Bangkok is a very good modern hospital with wide variety of specialists. Not all of them speak English well though but it's quite understandable. I've had troubles explaining my problem to ENT doctor so she redirected me to a rhinologist who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience at Phyathai 2 Hospital. The service was fast, professional, and very well organized. The medical staff was kind, attentive, and clear in explaining everything, and the entire process—from registration to consultation—was smooth and efficient.

At Bangkok Hospital I received a respiratory viral screening test efficiently. However, due to my recent travel history, the doctor did not perform a direct physical examination and I was referred to another hospital for further evaluation. Communication was limited and the visit felt brief and procedural. At Rajavithi Hospital the waiting time was long and I waited outdoors in hot and humid conditions while feeling unwell. Communication was difficult because of the language barrier. The examination was very brief and conducted through a kiosk-style interaction. The staff were polite, but the process felt physically exhausting given my condition. Bumrungrad Hospital was highly organized and communication in English was clear. The evaluation was thorough and included chest imaging, and the diagnosis and treatment were well explained. The service was efficient and professional, although the cost of treatment was relatively high.
