I went to Pattaya International Hospital on a Saturday morning at arounf 08:00. Hospital was empty and there was literally no wait. Staff was very friendly.

Pattaya Memorial Hospital is an excellent clinic. The staff is very attentive, they have translators, and they take you everywhere you need to go for your examination. There was a long line to see the doctor, but they see you very quickly and efficiently.

Pattaya Memorial is a good private hospital. The staff speaks English, and provide a high end experience. You don't really have to stay on top of things, as they guide you and come pick you up whenever it's your turn for a test or procedure. They also provide an estimated cost for the day efter your initial consultation with the doctor.

I was generally very satisfied with my experience at this hospital(Pattaya Memorial Hospital). The doctor spoke good English and the nurses were friendly, welcoming, and always tried their best to help me. They also spoke some English, and when communication became difficult, they used a translator to translate not just into English but even into my native language, which was very thoughtful. The staff were very kind and professional, and the treatment was provided quickly and efficiently. The procedure itself was done fast and with care. The only minor comment I have is that the bandage felt a little bit too tight, but overall, the medical care was of high quality and I felt I was in good hands. I would also like to mention that there was a receptionist who spoke not only English but also Russian. After my appointment, I had a question about wound care and turned to him. He kindly helped by translating the nurses’ advice into my native Russian language. This was very helpful and much appreciated. The hospital itself looks modern, clean, and well-maintained. The price seemed a bit high to me, but I understand that this is the normal healthcare system for this country, so overall it was fine.
