ER staff at Kaoshiung university medical center in the kaoshiung campus did not seem like they spoke much English. The physician seemed to understand a little but the nurses and registration staff which were key to navigating this process did not seem they knew much English. Getting all the required documents necessary to file a claim also took a lot of effort and likely would have been much harder if you didn't understand the language.
