Fair facility, the staff who provided the travel-focused medical assistance and the translation services were helpful. The specialist (Urologist) seemed excellent. I did not like some of what I saw and experienced however. For example, I observed multiple medical staff in the hospital casually cough into their hands and then shake patient hands, grab instruments. One nurse coughed in her hand right before grabbing glass tubes which I was to take with me to another nurse to draw my blood! I requested new tubes and after some seeming frustrations between her and the translator, I was provided new tubes with the same unwashed hands without gloves.
