Galle Co-Op Hospital is overall not bad. They have a dedicated and priority service for international patients (called WeCare), which helps when navigating the hospital system Initially, I was assigned a doctor with whom communication was not very smooth; however, they later arranged a doctor who spoke excellent English, and from that point on, the experience improved significantly Cleanliness is maintained consistently, although it does not reach European standards. Overall, it is a functional hospital with some organizational limitations, but also positive aspects, especially for international patients The main challenge is bureaucracy: obtaining medical documents and reports can be quite difficult. In my case, it took around 14 days to retrieve the necessary paperwork
