The staff in this lab are very friendly and nice. I didn't have an appointment, but was able to do it the same day - there is almost no waiting time, maybe 5-10 min maximum. The test is done quickly and the nurse who did the blood extraction was a sweetheart and a professional - I didn't feel anything.
