I visited the clinic for an emergency after noticing blood in my urine. From the moment I arrived, the staff acted quickly and guided me through the process. I was asked for my documents at the entrance, then placed in the waiting area. The entire procedure, from registration to consultation, testing, and receiving medication, took around 4 to 5 hours. The medical staff were very kind and attentive. Although they didn’t speak much English, they made a real effort to communicate with me using phones and translation apps, which made me feel well cared for and safe. I really appreciated their professionalism and support during a stressful moment.
