The reception staff are welcoming, seem to be fluent in multiple languages, and the doctors are approachable, attentive, and gentle. On my second visit, I had two appointments and was asked to wait for an hour, only to realize later that the lab technician had already left and one of the reception staff didn't seem to care nor offer a solution. Thankfully, another colleague stepped in, apologized for the inconvenience, and scheduled me for the next day.
