I used a local health clinic, not a hospital, but I would definitely recommend them. It's called Centro Medico Complutense in Alcalá de Henares. The staff are friendly, it was easy to get in to see the doctor, and I am not sure how their English is because I went with my boyfriend who is Spanish.
