They had translators for many different languages and were very kind and quick to see me on short notice. The space was clean and professional and the nurses were so sweet to comfort me during the less pleasant parts. It was a bit difficult getting the proper documents so be clear about what the documents need to show before the procedure as Korean law requires any documents to be handed to you physically and cannot be sent later.
