Overall if you are paying out of pockets and only Applying for refund the procedure is quite efficient however I would not recommend if your life depends on the insurance because its been 4 months ,they provided me with a guarantee of payment for a pre approved medical treatment from their third party they work with namely Euro center up til today my service provider has submitted Invoice and has had no acknowledgement from Eurocenter and after countless follow up with Safety wings they have no update on when my medical provider will be paid and they cannot get a response either from their third party partner they outsourced it to to pay my medical Provider ,meanwhile my medical treatment has been suspended because Safety wing has not settled my bill they approved and gave a guarantee of payment letter for with my Provider
