I believe the full process was not completely clear, as they scheduled three appointments over a period of three months for something that could have been completed within a week or less. After I complete the treatment, I will not be returning.

They were expecting me, so even the welcome was in English. Everyone speaks perfect English, and I highly recommend the place. All the exams are done on-site, so there's no need to go anywhere else.
