I'm giving just 3/5 because while the medical treatment was ok, the communication was bad. On the first visit, I was told that I'll pay in total X . Then I was told that there will be two visits, probably, so I can pay half that day. But on the second visit, I was said no no no, this must have been a "misunderstanding" and "miscommunication" and the treatment will cost 1,5X... Very bad experience as I remembered very well what I was told the first time as it was a significant amount of money.
