I had no choice but to use that private university hospital for the card transaction, but the whole experience was awful. While the doctors were kind and thorough, the overall hospital system was insufferable. I waited an excessive amount of time, and the lack of a clear system—combined with seeing students casually chatting near waiting patients—was terrible. It confirms the claims: we shouldn't have to pay a premium price for this kind of disorganized, bare-minimum service.
