My experience at UniHealth Sta. Rosa Hospital was mixed. The consultation itself was good because the cardiologist took the time to explain my test results and answered my questions clearly. However, the appointment process was very time-consuming. Although my doctor's clinic started at 9:00 AM, patients had to arrive early to write their names on the day's list since appointments are not scheduled in advance. I arrived around 8:00 AM but was still number 8 on the list and did not finish my consultation until around noon. While I appreciated the doctor's thorough explanation and care, the long waiting time and same-day appointment system could be improved.
