The doctor that attended to me was very attentive. I was at a public hospital so it was expected that the lines are long and waiting time is extended.

Vicente Sotto is a public hospital that offers free mental health consultation. The lines are long and it takes a lot of time here as its free but I get my prescriptions so that I can buy medicines here.
