The University of Perpetual Help Hospital in Biñan, Laguna is highly commendable for its world-class facilities and excellent bedside manner. However, the patient experience at the Animal Bite Center (ABC) is negatively impacted because the ABC is located within the Emergency section. This placement causes long wait times, potentially hours, as staff must prioritize patients with more critical conditions. I strongly recommend that a separate clinic or location for the ABC would greatly improve service efficiency.
