I had the best experience at Clinica Gold, they were always looking out for my needs. There is a 'well-being' officer that constantly checks in and tries to help with anything you need. I had free ambulance to collect my belongings from my hostel and then again to drop me at my hotel when i was discharged. If staff didn't speak English they would get a translator. Would recommend.
