It said online that it was very English friendly, this was not the case at all. It was not until the last Dr. came in hours later that he spoke some English. Based on treatment and what was shared, it was clear many things were lost in translation. I don't feel I had a complicated case but it took several hours, and on more than one occasion I had to follow up and ask when I would be seen. Eventually to get my results and a Dr. to tell me what was going on, I had to share that I had a taxi coming to get on an emergency flight back home. It took 5 hours for a quick review, blood work and results to be shared.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Carlos Cardenas. Clinica Delgado is a top-tier clinic for serious problems, as their staff and equipment provide the peace of mind you need

The staff of the Clinic Auna Delgado was kind. They have good doctors, but I can't say all doctors are great. I only know a couple. The only thing that could be a downside is that the appointment is not at time, you have to wait a few minutes to be called into the room.
